In a study published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, adult participants who exercised lightly for 10 minutes improved their memory performance, boosting their ability to remember facts and complete tasks faster.
Further tests show that it improved connectivity in a section of the hippocampus, the part of the brain associated with memory.
Now that’s amazing news.
As for what exercises are ideal, anything that gets your heart pumping, but doesn’t leave you feeling exhausted, can all help with boosting brain power.
